Program & ErrorA message says the login server cannot be reached.

This is often caused by certain antivirus software or firewall settings. Examples include Kaspersky, McAfee, or ESET blocking ABLUR connections, or restrictions from corporate firewalls.

Try the following steps:

1. Check Windows Firewall settings
-ย Control Panel โ†’ System and Security โ†’ Windows Defender Firewall โ†’ โ€œAllow an app through Windows Defender Firewallโ€ โ†’ allow ABLUR.exeaa4162c441eeb.png

* If ABLUR does not appear on the app permissions screen, please proceed as follows:

ย  ย Change settings โ†’ Allow another app...โ†’ Browse...โ†’ This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files (x86) > ABLUR โ†’ Select Ablur.exe โ†’ Add7ded078005ea5.png12f12e65b98e5.png

2. Review antivirus logs
- Look for entries showing blocked network connections for ABLUR.exe.

3. Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall and test ABLUR again.

4. Try another network (e.g., mobile hotspot) to see if the issue is related to your current network restrictions.
