1. For the Friend (Who was invited)
If you haven't received your welcome gift after starting the trial, it’s likely the invite code wasn't applied.
Step 1: Go to your [Web My Page > Referral].
Step 2: Manually enter the referral’s code in the input field.
Step 3: Your gift will be issued immediately after the code is registered.
Note: You must be a first-time ABLUR trial user to receive the gift.
2. For the Inviter (Who sent the link)
If your friend started the trial but you didn't get a reward:
Check Eligibility: Ensure your friend is a first-time ABLUR trial user. If they have used a trial before, no reward will be issued to either of you.
Code Confirmation: Ask your friend to check if they entered your code at [Web My Page > Referral].
System Update: Rewards are usually instant, but please allow a few minutes for the system to process.
